Responsibilities:
-
This role involves working with individuals with disabilities in community-based settings (not a facility).
-
Encourage skill-building in areas like independent living, socialization, and self-care
-
Assist individuals with daily living skills, participating in community activities, providing social engagement support, and ensuring safety.

Ensure safety and well-being while promoting independence

Follow individualized service plans (ISP) and document progress
-
Staff are required to document all interactions, activities, and incidents accurately and timely.
Professionalism, patience, and a compassionate approach are essential.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (DSP certification preferred)
CNA's, PCA'S Welcome to apply
Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, but not required)
Training Provided
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks and drug screens
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
